Reviews and Ratings

Debbie Ingram - CSW, WSET Level 1 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a great food wine with good acidity and well balanced. Lush ripe plum and intense cherry flavours and an undercurrent of tobacco and earth. On the palate it is a medium to full bodied with a long finish.
Produced by Castelli Del Grevepesa, this robust Tuscan red wine is named after Pope Clemente VII in 1523, who was originally named Guilo de Medici, a member of the famously rich arts patrons, the Medici family of Florence. This wine is made from the traditional Chianti grape Sangiovese. Finishes with black fruit, smoke and tar. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
