From the heart of Sonoma, this clear, pale yellow Fume Blanc is refreshing and elegant. With aromas of jasmine and pear, followed by flavours of pear, apple, lemon zest and honeydew melon, this medium-bodied gem will make friends and influence people. Try with smoked oysters.
