A blockbuster Napa Valley Cabernet with classic aromas of cassis and blackberry. Layered and complex through the mid-palate with a long finish. Great gift wine. Pair with rare filet mignon and cashing in your Shopify stock.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: strong cheeses, barbecued steak, grilled lamb chops, Asian chicken salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Blueberry and black fruit on the nose and palate with some chocolate and oak on the palate. The wonderful blueberry flavor dominates throughout. The flavor carries through velvety soft tannins.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Outstanding! This iconic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon shows rich and pronounced cassis, stewed plum, leather and tobacco aromas alongside a satiny smooth mouthfeel, well-balanced juicy acidity, and a long lush finish. Enticing clean ripe plum, jammy cassis, sweet tobacco, cacao nibs and sweet spice flavours lingering on the palate. A young Napa Cab showing very well now and can still cellar up to 2025-2027. Decant 1-2 hours prior to serving and enjoying with a juicy flame grilled ribeye steak. Tasted June 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

This storied wine has presence and structure, commanding attention from a discerning palate. A robust and full bodied Napa cab, well balanced and integrated well with time. Still in its youth, benefited from decanting 2h and evolved in the glass over the tasting. A great candidate for cellaring 2017-2030 and drinking well now. Paired with BBQ Angus beef tenderloin and grilled vegetables. 94 points. BespokeTastings
