From Château des Charmes Paul Bosc Estate 2015 is a dry, rounded Chardonnay with wine grapes sourced from 40 year old vines on St. David's Bench in Niagara on-the-Lake wine region that were planted by Paul Bosc, when French wine grapes were almost unheard of in Ontario. On the palate, the wine is rich, cream with ripe citrus, pineapple flavours, buttery, spicy and toasty on the palate. Pair with roast chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: grilled chicken with honey mustard glaze, butternut squash risotto, roast quail stuffed with wild mushrooms.
