Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Blended from 93% Syrah and 7% Mourvedre, with aromas of plum and dark berries with lots of smoke and cedar hints and a hint of black pepper. Full bodied on the palate with some drying tannins and mouthwatering acidity, along with some ripe berry anda smoky hints. Enjoy with grilled meats.
From Château de Nages Jt 2016 is produced by the Famille Gassier. A full-bodied Syrah-driven red wine with a splash of Mourvèdre with dark cherry, blueberry, plum, smoked meat, dried herb and pepper spice flavours smooth and silky on the palate. Tannins are velvety. Pair with a roast leg of lamb. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
