Château d'Aquéria 2022 Tavel Rosé is a dry, full-bodied rosé blend produced from mostly Grenache with Clairette, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Bourboulenc and Picpoul added to the mix. Fragrant with rose petals, lavender, dried wild herbs, strawberry and red berry flavours juicy and rich on the palate. This wine speaks to the south of France terroir. So good now, chill and enjoy it with roast chicken or duck.

Tavel Rosé food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steak, shellfish, fresh fruit, veggies, pasta primavera.

Reviews and Ratings

From Jean Olivier, Château d'Aquéria 2022 Tavel Rosé is a dry, full-bodied rosé produced mostly with Grenache and Clairette with dollops of Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Bourboulenc and Picpoul added to the mix. Fragrant with rose petals, blue florals and wild herbs, an elegant Tavel with ripe strawberry, red berry, cherry, thyme and rose petal flavours fresh and bright on the palate. From a hot, dry vintage showing intensity of fruit. - Community Wine Reviews
