A full-bodied Tavel with wild strawberry, dried herbs, lavender and rose petal flavours on the palate. Speaks of Spring and longer days on the patio. Always beautiful. Chill and enjoy this Grenache, Clairette, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Bourboulenc and Picpoul rosé blend now.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This wine is always, always good. Lots of strawberry, rhubarb, citrus, orange blossom, Emmental, nuts and a hit of rose petal. The food pairings are endless, and so should be your supply for the Summer months. 91 Points.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A consistently delicious blended rosé, with tons of flavour. Aromas of ripe strawberry, orange blossoms, dried herbs, and a hint of lime zest. More rounded and full bodied than many rosé wines we see here. Lots.of fruit flavour, medium acidity, and a lengthy finish. Enjoy with grilled salmon or pork tenderloin.
Château D'aquéria's Tavel is dry with a mouthful of fresh wild strawberries, rose petals, green herbs and soft citrus flavours on the palate. Produced from Grenache, Clairette, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Bourboulenc and Picpoul grapes sourced from the Rhone. Nice medium-bodied weight on this rosé. Enjoy now with herb-crusted chicken. - Community Wine Reviews
