From Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Cave Spring Estate 2019 Cabernet Franc is dry, full-bodied and fresh on the palate with bright red plum, raspberry, mint, pepper spice and flinty stony mineral flavours. Elegant with pleasantly grippy tannins. A great value Cab Franc under $20 to enjoy now with bacon-wrapped turkey tournedos from the grill or hold in cellar up to five years. - Community Wine Reviews
