Reviews and Ratings

Cave de Lugny is a co-operative comprised of over 250 estates. This exceptionally priced, vintage-dated Burgundian sparkler offers a terrific opportunity to try a relatively rare commodity in our market: Burgundian sparkling wine. This Gold Medal-winning bubbly (2011 Concours des Burgundia) has suggestions of toasted bread and nuts on both the nose and palate, with tangy citrus and a hint of tea adding to the fun. Well-balanced, crisp and refreshing, this is a complex crémant. Source: Vintages Panel

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
