Mymi Thesingingsommelier - Sommelier, FWS rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This wine was named after 2 kings! Cabernet Sauvignon being the king of red wines and by carnivores who sit on top of the food chain.
Carnivore Wines are relatively new and are part of the E&J Gallo Winery family. Brothers Ernest and Julio Gallo began to turn their dream into reality over 80 years ago, the roots of the Gallo family tree have extended deep into the Winery. Today their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren work in the Winery, carrying on the family tradition and values – a strong work ethic, a drive for perfection and a focus on quality.
E&J Gallo Winery is the world's largest family-owned winery and the largest exporter of California wine.
This robust red wine is a blend of approximately 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah and 10% Merlot sourced from California.
In the glass, the wine is inky, deeply concentrated purply red and opaque. The legs are viscous and stain the glass!
On the nose, it is intense and complex with aromas of sautéed green bell peppers, cassis, juicy red cherries, tobacco, a little barnyard, toasted oak and some roasted coffee notes.
On the palate, it is dry, bold and rich with a hint of residual sugar. There are flavors of juicy blackberries, tobacco and menthol. Decent acidity level stands up to the tannins, hot mouth feel, very long finish with black French roasted coffee and blueberry jam aftertaste.
This would be a great sipper on a cold wintery night so think twice before opening this beauty! Unless, you enjoy big reds on a warmer day!
Enjoy this wine with a huge plate of juicy, meaty ribs or a rib-eye au jus dinner!
Santé!
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Dark and jam fruit flavors. Hints of roasted coffee/mocha and toasted oak. Full bodied with a smooth finish.
