Mocha, coffee and toasty oak on the nose open up to fleshy black fruit on the palate. Layered complexity and satisfaction. This robust red is a blend is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% each Petit Verdot and Merlot grapes. Beringer is a benchmark producer in the Napa Valley, all price points and offers a wide range of styles. Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Tannins are young but smooth. Cab is medium bodied with a smooth medium length finish. Pair with Texas style BBQ ribs baby!
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Balanced and restrained for full-bodied California Cabernet. Classic; a diplomat of wines. Mostly (95%) Cabernet Sauvignon, with some Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot and Merlot grapes. In 1876 the Beringer Brothers established their winery in Napa Valley. The winery practises sustainable farming. - Community Wine Reviews
