Superb! Lovely lime lift right through the center: herbal but not grassy, more citrus. Medium-bodied and ultra-mouth-watering. Laser-like refreshment and focus with a big hug of citrus zest. Some gooseberry and lemon on the finish.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, linguine carbonara, asparagus and sugar snap pea soup, avocado and papaya salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Crisp, fresh, and inviting are 3 words I use to describe it time and time again. I love serving it with food when friends come over because it is so very food friendly. Gorgeous citrus flavors with some gooseberry that is so common in Sauvignon Blanc wine from New Zealand. Try it with spicy cuisine, Asian cuisine or your favorite salad.
