Terrific lime awakening of the taste buds! Not too grassy, more of a citrus lift on this medium-bodied wine. Spring refreshment in a glass. Some notes of kiwi and green herbs on a dry finish. Terrific!

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: tuna steaks, seafood platter, Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, linguine, snap pea soup, avocado and papaya salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Pronounced aromatics leap from the glass as if to say that this wine is as excited about meeting you as you will be to enjoy it. Gooseberry, passion fruit, grassy notes and lime all jump up and shout hello. The palate is very appealing with equally boisterous fruit flavours. Crisp and juicy with great length.
