Love this clean, crisp and mouth-watering Sauvignon Blanc from the Auntsfield in the Marlborough region with classic gooseberry, grassy, grapefruit and mineral flavours mouth-filling on the palate. Auntsfield was the first vineyard and winery established in Marlborough in 1873. Wine grapes are certified-sustainably grown in the ancient greywacke rock and loess clay soils of a single vineyard.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: oriental chicken salad with yoghurt and citrus dressing, grilled lemon herb chicken breast, roast duck breast on sliced poached pears.

An extra dry Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough with gooseberry and green apple aromas, very typical for this varietal from this area of New Zealand. Medium-bodied, serve with seafood appetizers.

A good wine for Sauvignon Blanc lovers, gooseberries and tropical fruits are strongly noticeable on the nose - very typical to the grape expression in New Zealand! The palate delivers what the nose promises: Kiwi, pineapple, and lingering notes of lime. Quite easy drinking - would work well with many white fish dishes, seafood, as well as goat cheese salads with pine nuts.
Auntsfield 2019 is a single-vineyard, mouth-watering Sauvignon Blanc produced in Southern Valleys, Marlborough. Fragrant on the nose with cut grass, lime, and lemongrass aromas. Dry with bright gooseberry, guava and fine herbs with incredible acidity. Great for any rich seafood or creamy Alfredo dish. - Community Wine Reviews
