This Eduardo Chadwick Chilean red wine is highly extracted. Cassis and blackberry liqueur, herbs and blackcurrant aromas on the note. Juicy, full-bodied and mouth-watering. Could use another year or two in the cellar. Decant 2 hours. Pair with rare steak.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: beef enchiladas, barbecued ribs in sauce, hamburger, hard cheese, braised pork shanks with white beans.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
