Pretty and floral with very pleasant lime blossom aromas. Medium-bodied and ultra food-friendly. Such an aromatic and characterful wine. It reminds me of some of my favourite supporting actors, which don't always have their name at the top of the marquee, but nonetheless put in a memorable performance. Torrontés is the signature white wine of Argentina. This one especially is a terrific one to try if you haven't done so yet. Great value.

Torrontés food pairings: Asian dishes, fresh seafood salad, seafood appetizers, smoked turkey sandwiches.

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I have recently discovered Torrontes wine, and I'm loving it. I'm calling it the new Pinot Grigio. Gorgeous peach and nectarine flavors and aromas with pepper, and a floral note. It was crisp with great acidity and would go well with salads, Asian cuisine and Thai food.
Rich notions of lemon meringue pie, spring flowers and cantaloupe. It’s equally intense in the mouth with floral-kissed fruit and, on the finish, touches of grapefruit and lemon peel. A lovely choice for sipping on its own. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, May 2013
