Paso Creek Zinfandel 2015, Paso Robles, California, United States: The Californian region is situated between Santa Barbera and San Francisco and has the widest temperature swings of any grape growing region in the state. This causes the vines to create small clusters of grapes that are deep concentrated in flavour and richly flavoured wines. Small lot winemaking and barrel aging allows the bold character of the wine to emerge.
