This wine is very complex! Aromas of tree fruits (yellow pear, apple skin), yeast (biscuit) age (mushroom), oak (toast, roast nuts), floral (pear blossom), dairy (sour cream), citrus (grapefruit skin, baked lemon). Fantastic traditional method sparkling wine from Okanagan Falls. Drinking beautifully now (has won numerous awards), but could age gracefully another 5+ years

Really nice frothy mousse, persistent small bubbles. Beautiful looking wine. Aromas of Lees (biscuit, brioche, biscotti), Oak (toast, vanilla, roast almond), age (beeswax), dairy (cream, butter), green fruits (apple), Citrus (grapefruit pith). Dry, with well integrated acidity and length. This wine is drinking beautifully!

Aromas of Dried Fruits (raisin, fig, prune), dried herbs (dill), Oak (toast, roast nuts), Sweet spice (vanilla, molasses), age (mushroom). Fiery alcohol with well-integrated tannins. Sweet and ripe tasting. This is a very good quality port style (ruby) from the south Okanagan valley. Blend of Bordeaux varietals lends their structure to this well balanced & lengthy wine. Delicious on its own, but would be equally fantastic with Blue Cheese??

Aromas of citrus (lime zest, grapefruit pith), floral (citrus blossom), mineral (wet stone), petrol (diesel, Vaseline). Wow! Does this wine ever deliver on the palate! Juicy acidity makes this wine an awesome choice for food pairing. The downside? Long bottle prevents this wine from fitting our wine fridge.
