This vintage is absolutely delicious. Salmon pink with an enchanting nose of red fruits and floral aromas. The bubbles are delicate with refreshing acidity on wild strawberry notes, preceding a medium plus finish. A huge step forward compared to the other years. The winemaker's expertise is really showing on this vintage, bringing the best possible expression of our local hybrides, Sainte-Croix (60%) and Radisson (40%).
