An enticing wine, the 2011 Kiln Hanger mesmerizes with flavour. Savour aromas of ripe dark fruit such as blackberry with wafts of cigar and toasted oak. This crown jewel of Ontario Cab Francs fills the palate with supple tannins, cedar, chocolate, roasted red pepper and not to mention a heated 15.9% alcohol content. To be enjoyed with someone special.
