This gorgeous red is a blend of syrah and grenache. Its smooth, full-bodied, and brings forth hints of dark berries, subtle tar and earthy spice notes that linger with a medium finish. This wine pairs perfectly with a warm plate of coq au vin and roasted potatoes. I used a good portion of the bottle to make the classic French dish and it was unapologetically scrumptious!

Delicate on the nose with citrus aromas. Bright acid on the palate with slight hints of the tropics, not overwhelming but present. Youth brings out acidity that smoothes out with white stone fruit and blossom characters, but lingers long enough to compliment a light salad or delicate seafood.

Easy every day Cabernet perfect for a cozy night lounging and eating with buddies! Hints of delicate dark berries, dark stone fruits and mocha. Medium finish with good balanced acidity, fairing well with unctuous medium- rare rib-eye.
