Patrick scored this wine: 90/100

Light gold color. Shy nose and palate from the start and a hour was needed to allow the wine to express itself. Then, sea breeze, salty minerality, lemon, fresh and pure. The acidity is just perfect, not too intense and just enough to make the wine really refreshing. May not be most dense Chablis around, but so young and tasty ! Should give some air to the wine and then, enjoy !

Clear ruby color. Spicy nose with aromas of flowers and red fruits. The fruity profile follows on the palate, not thin at all and lifted by the spices flavors that goes into a medium long finish with a nice grip. The acidity is just present enough to make the wine drinkable from now and the alcohol level of 12,5% makes it even better !

Clear cherry red color. Expressive nose of red berries, earth and spices. On the palate, flavor of freshly picked strawberries pops in then a light spicy side adds depth to the wine. With air, flavors of cherries and dust will also be feeled. Savoury and fresh wine. Alcohol level of 12,5%

Dark garnet color with no real ageing signs. Aromas of red berries, forest, tobacco and spice. On the palate, the flavors shows finesse and everything is in place, making the wine really enjoyable. Cherries, cinnamon, grilled pepper and tobacco and a typical acidity seen in older wines. Was a good idea to wait on this one !

Slightly colored. Fresh nose of Granny Smith apples, lemon and green notes, close in style of a Sancerre (only with the nose though). On palate, the flavors are less precise, but the citrus fruit is there with a nice acidity making the wine enjoyable. Made of Seyval Blanc and Vidal grapes, alcohol level of 11,5%
