Gold in the glass, aromas of binned apple, citrus-lemon, autolysis notes of brioche and roasted hazelnuts. The palate carries through nicely with a full body, yeasty notes, flavors of marzipan, apple pie, lemon zest and a bold, chalky, limestone minerality. It is capped by a long finish. Drink now. Serve at 6-10C with anything from sushi, oysters, or roasted chicken.
