Perfect wine for the commencement of summer. Fresh strawberries, slight herbal notes with strong minerality, this wine is quite light with great acidity making it a deliciously refreshing patio wine. The price is right and the times are good. Recommended pairing: the beach!

Surprising amount of colour for a sparkling rose. The flavours are predominantly darker fruit: blackberry, raspberry, currant, with some savoury herbal flavours to top it off. A lot of body to it for a sparling wine, pair with a cheese cake with some raspberry syrup.

Pretty simple wine with some nice flavours in the mineral spectrum and a little bit of funky leathery, meatiness that suites the wine well. There is enough acid to balance the sugar making the wine come across as dry. On the whole the flavours are very subtle but if you concentrate you will find them. A nice wine for the price if you're looking for an easy drinking patio sipper.
