Roger reviewed this wine:

The Château de Ricaud 2010 has a Dark purple color. Structured and complex aromas of cassis, blackberry, cherry, plum, mushrooms, rosemary and thyme. Harmonious taste of fruit aromas; tannins present and powerful but round and pleasant, a final long length. A wine of great elegance that will age well This delicious with roasted beef, lamb, deer, bison, and wild boar. Excellent companion to cheese.
