GĂ©rard Bertrand Syrah Grenache 2010

Ray scored this wine: 89/100

A blend of Syrah(by far my most favourite grape)and Carignan. This unassuming blend is delicious and an easy sipper. It's almost inky black with hints of dark fruits. Ripe and luscious on the palate with reasonably smooth tannins. The finish though not especially long embraces. Another very reasonably priced wine from the Languedoc Rousillion
