A wine of medium ruby colour with a gentle, flinty aroma mildly evocative of wildflowers, small red berries, and plums. This wine is of medium body and has a light mouthfeel with medium tannins that are still mellowing out. The juicy cassis, red cherry and balsamic taste of this wine is supported by a high acidity that will help wash down tomato-based pasta dishes in a quick short finish.
