2012 Rose made from Leon Millot grapes. Deep rose colour, w/ pink highlights. Delightful aromas of cherry, plum, honey apple. Just a hint of sweetness, balanced and finish is soft. Pair w/ a goat cheese, or an afternoon on the deck!

The musky side of Muscat, lemon notes, full bodied, zesty flavours. NS Seafood is the perfect match. The pairing is w/ a food that has lemon notes. Whether that's a squeeze of lemon, or a dressing w/ a bright lemon note. It changes the wine. The wine also has the weight to stand up to a cream sauce.
