Woodsy, deep, with a lovely finish. I served this over the weekend with a pan seared New York Strip, Sherried Mushrooms, and Gruyere Whipped Potatoes. The combination of velvety plum and oak offset the rustic nature of the dishes making for a memorable evening! www.kitchenwitchmaven.com
