Michael scored this wine: 89/100

In the glass the wine is very bright but very pale. It has the aura of straw but not much more. The nose coaxes very light wet stone, young citrus, and a refined sea spray. The palate confirms an appealing light minerality, lacy acidity, young citrus, that mere salinity, and a slow walking finish. There is that appealing tartness and lingering minerality that makes you come back for more. Quite refreshing and a great pairing for briny freshly shucked oysters or a chilled seafood plate. I recently had a ceviche with tuna, thin-sliced granny smith apple, and jalapeno that this would be a pleasure to pair with

Fresh aromas abound! Gooseberries, nettle, citrus, and a sprig of just cut jalapeno spray. The juicy palate zings with goose berry, passion fruit, white peach, lime and lemon grass and a lingering jolt of that jalapeno once gain. The texture is quicksilver in a glass jumping rope with an acidity that juicily slithers and commands just one more sip, again and again. Wineometer.net
