Bre scored this wine: 90/100

A beautiful ruby coloured Cab Franc with black fruit, spice and vanilla on the nose. The same flavours are carried through to the palate combining with a slight detection of earthiness reminiscent of wet leaves, and nicely integrated oak. A medium body wine with a harmonious balance of soft tannin's, acidity, and alcohol. A deliciously seamless wine with a lingering finish.

I am a big fan of a good aged chardonnay. I love to see how the wine changes and matures over time. This is a really nice example of an aged chardonnay that delivers in flavour and at a terrific price point. I prefer it served on the warmer side, just below room temperature. It was aged for 20 months in neutral barrels to help soften and develop the smooth flavours with out leaving it overly oaky. Aromas of beautifully baked pineapple, vanilla, and caramel are on the nose. It is soft and silky on the palate as a nice aged wine should along with butter, and hint of oak in the background. It leaves the glass wanting more and reminding me of a beautiful creme brulee.

This wine screams Spring time fun! Bursting with roasted strawberry on the nose. Once you taste it, there is an inviting watermelon rind with strawberry and rhubarb that is heavy on the palate, with a hint of savory spice. This wine is perfectly balanced, with a medium to long finish. Enjoy with food, or just as much with good friends and conversation. Try serving with an arugula salad with fresh strawberries, goat cheese, walnuts and a balsamic dressing!

Malivoire Rose is an excellent bang for your buck! A signature rose for Ontario, that everyone can appreciate and love. A sweeter, medium bodied Rose. This wine has a bouquet of cherry and cranberry, that delivers to the palate. Nicely balanced between sweetness and acidity, and has a long finish. This wine could be paired with just about anything from prosciutto wrapped melon, to a bacon cheeseburger, cheese plate, or maybe a blue cheese and tuna thin crust pizza. Yum!

A marvelously crafted medium bodied Gamay Noir. Lovely aromas of black fruit and plum, with artfully woven oak. This wine packs a powerful punch of spice, with zippy acidity, and a nice finish. This Gamay can easily be enjoyed on it' own, or served with gourmet burger with lettuce, tomato, aged cheddar and chipotle ketchup.
