Faint yellow tinge in the glass. Smells of rocks with hints of oak. Palate is sharp, big cut of acidity here. Dry, very dry. Nice and crisp. A bit of power on the finish. Shows young and could stand some time in bottle.

Nose shows some leather and wet leaves. Some bit of cherry and vanilla oak shows on the palate. Good bit of energy in reserve on the palate. Tightens with acid and tart cherry at the end. Needs some time to come together, but another successful '07 Jadot Beaune value play.
