This red wine gives a full mouth of tantalizing minerals that literally sparkle on the palate. Smooth with a slightly dry finish that ends with black licorice. Light enough through the appetizers and exceptional to hold up under steak. Appetizers: Naan Bread with Camembert Cheese and mixed olives. Main Course: 'AAA' Rib Eye Steak with garden salad and oven-baked organic asparagus.

juicy,refreshing, balance. try with appetizer of Brie and crackers. main course with chicken breast with goat's cheese and sundried tomatoes. could work well as a balance to a creamy soup. getting hints of vanilla, spice. nice wine, definitely a crowd pleader.
