A classic red from the Terra Rossa that is Coonawarra. Ageing gracefully. Beautiful nose pre-empts the still fresh reward as the wine passes all the palates. I am biased because whatever the Vintage, this wine is always my favourite.

After breathing in the bottle for at least 30 minutes the wine rewards with a beautiful nose. It's a wonderful, typical Barossa Cabernet with very smooth drinking on all palates including an excellent finish, the back palate loves it and so do I. Is now in relatively short supply.

The wine is ageing gracefully. Attractive nose, very slightly astringent on the front palate before a very rewarding taste in the back palate. Cellaring time, at least 10 years if cellared properly.

Ageing Gracefully as one would expect from this wine. Lovely nose, rich fruit flavours with hints of chocolate and mint.

A very good Barossa Shiraz, good nose, very good on all palates especially the back palate and washes down very well with a Rare BBQ'd Scotch Fillet.
