Just one? The No.1 most memorable wine is definitely a single vineyard wine called Señorío de San Vicente from Rioja, Spain. Another one I can't forget, as it kept changing with every sip, would be a single vineyard Nebbiolo Marchesi di Gresy Barbaresco Martinenga from Italian Piedmont.

After years wasted on anything-sweet-with-water-please, the wine that first woke up my palate was Grüner Veltliner from Czech town Veltlin. That was my AHA moment when it hit me: "Wow, I guess that's how wine really supposes to taste like!"
