Wonderful to find a dealcoholized red that truly still tastes like wine! I also love the fact that the grapes are organically grown - back to nature and simple pleasures. Brilliant ruby hues in the glass, aromas of ripe black cherries and blackberries transform into sour cherry flavours. Enjoy on its own or pair with your summer barbecue fare such as beef burgers and chicken thighs. Tasted June 2024.

Time for a pit stop! Three Barossa Valley grapes blended to best represent the bold and adventurous race car driver, Daniel Riccardo, #3. I was honestly expecting this to be a lot more fruit forward, but was pleasantly surprised by the elegance and balance found in the glass. Aromas of black cherries, fresh cut herbs, and leather push through to a velvety mouthfeel and a black cherry flavour finish. Try this with wood fired pizza! Tasted June 2024.

…And It’s Lights Out, Here We Goooooo! Racing veteran, Daniel Riccardo and winemaking master Peter Munro teamed up to create this gem of a Cabernet Sauvignon from Australia’s St. Hugo Winery. Deep purple colour with enticing aromas of fresh blackberries, wet cedar, and dark chocolate swirl in the glass, carrying through to a full-bodied mouth feel, and finishing in a persistent black cherry flavour. Cellar for at least a few more years to let the tannins settle a bit. If you’re wondering whether the price is worth it - yes! And it makes a lovely gift, especially for those wine and F1 loving friends of yours. Tasted June 2024.
