Graham reviewed this wine:
Peach, nectarines ,lemons on the nose
fleshly pure white fruit on the palate and a
finnish that lingers and lingers .This Pinot
Bianco is exclusively from Penon vineyards
which hangs over the town of Marge.
There are a couple of elements making thie vineyard
petty special, it's between 2300 ft above sea level,
sheltered meaning you can get lovely long hang time,
the vines are also kept in check by petty unforgiving soil
a mix of chalk and gravel. The gravel to helps radiate heat
to the tiny berries that are produced. All in all you get a wine
with beautiful balance and character that has massive concentration.
the grapes from the vineyard are small compact and intense berries
that are fermented i steel and then aged in both tanks and old oak vats
