Original review at WineLog.net: http://bit.ly/kwibxq Received as a sample from the winery, 03/08/11. Drank with friends on warm evening, 06/10/11. Color: Medium to darker rose core, lightest pink edges Nose: Big plush and ripe strawberry here with a hint of dust and chalk, and more of a ripe raspberry towards the rim. Palate: Medium bodied and almost more of a clairet in it's weight, though it is Syrah, and so it's understandable. Has that same plush and wild strawberry, very ripe, with more raspberry in the medium acidity finish.

Color: Medium canary clear edges Nose: Distinct tomato vine here, Great juicy grapefruit as well and clean minerality. Palate: More complex structure here, with a fuller mouthfeel and better balance with the crisp and clean citrus and that tomato vine finish. Very good: NewWorldWK.
