From the Rosomel Vineyard on Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Hidden Bench 2021 Fumé Blanc is a dry, medium-bodied, food-friendly Sauvignon Blanc with equal portions of the wine aged in new oak, neutral oak barrels and concrete tank. The wine is concentrated with layers of bright apple, tropical fruit, gooseberry, grapefruit and fine herbs along with smoky, flinty mineral notes. So mouth-wateringly good!

Fumé Blanc food pairings: chicken and sage skewers, fresh tomato and basil salad, Thai green curry fish, smoked oyster Poor Boy sandwiches.

Hidden Bench 2021 Fumé Blanc is a dry, medium-bodied, food-friendly Sauvignon Blanc produced from sustainably grown grapes from the winery's Rosomel Vineyard on the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment. Dry, medium-bodied and food-friendly, the wine was aged in new oak as well as neutral oak barrels and concrete tank. Generous with layers of bright green apple, tropical fruit, gooseberry, grapefruit and fine herb flavours, the wine finishes mouth-wateringly long on smoky, flinty mineral note. Chill and enjoy it through 2025. - Community Wine Reviews
