Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Crafted from hand-harvested grapes, with use of natural yeasts. Aged in both in French oak and stainless steel. Shows vibrant apple, peach, gooseberry and citrus lemon on nose and palate. Dry and balanced, with great texture and acidity. A winner! .Enjoy with steamed clams.
Tasted May 2018
Hidden Bench is a dry, crisp and mouth-watering Fumé Blanc from Sauvignon Blanc wine grapes sourced from Rosomel Vineyard in the Beamsville Bench. Grapes are 100% estate grown, grown and certified organic. Look for bright grapefruit, gooseberry, lemon, herb and flinty flavours on this expressive SB from the Niagara Escarpment wine region. The wine is barrel-fermented in neutral barrels. Best paired with crab cakes and garlic aioli or lobster rolls. Yum! - Community Wine Reviews
