The vineyard of the Faubourg was created in 1999 with the purchase of a land of 32 hectares owned by Lionel Bourgault and then includes a stand of spruce trees and crops.

Sébastien Vaillancourt, after 30 years serving Quebec phone, retires with a partner, began to change vocation: 2,500 plants in various grape varieties are planted on one hectare.
