For a few years our customers ask us to take part in the grape harvest with us, for the pleasure of collecting this so delicious fruit and whose culture in Quebec is more recent than the traditional fruit-bearing cultures, for the pleasure of the great outdoors and to live a little what it is to be a vine grower on our premises.

It is with this spirit, that since autumn 2004 we offer this new activity giving the opportunity to you to become “one day old Vine grower. You can live a true wine and viticultural experiment to enrich your knowledge on the Québécois vine growing, its history and its characteristics and thus to increase your interest for the wines on our premises.

There is a whole day, with the vine grower, to discover his passion, its challenges, its vision of the vine growing, present and to come, and the participation in all the stages from the creation of a very new vintage; harvest of the fruits, with the pressing-pressing and the sowing of the yeasts which will guide the fermentation of the fresh juice towards this delicious nectar which is the wine.

Thereafter, the vine grower will make the follow-up of the wine making and the development of this single vintage until the setting out of bottle during the following summer season.

Finally, people will be invited to come to seek a bottle
of this single vintage whose label will raise the photograph of the group having taken part in the grape harvest and whose name will have been chosen beforehand by the group.
