Located in St-Eustache in the beautiful Lower Laurentian region of Quebec, The Rivière du Chêne Winery is recognized as the largest in this province’s viticulture industry. In fact, we have 18 hectares with over 62,000 vines. The Winery distinguishes itself through its infrastructure, its savoir faire as well as the choices of 12 hybrid varietals which have all been used and adapted for our terroir.

We at Rivière du Chêne offer a truly unique wine experience in La Belle Province. Be it from the tour of the winery to the tastings of our products, including our gold medal winning icewine, to either a lunch, brunch or dinner*, we offer it all with a local flavour. We believe that we stand out through the structure of our welcome and the quality of our products.

Established in 1998, we have obtained numerous awards throughout the years at prestigious local and international competitions for our close attention to producing top quality as well as specialty wines. One recent event that has had us beaming ever since is that our wines were served during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.

At less than 30 minutes from Montreal and located on a quaint country road, Quebec’s largest winery opens its doors to you. Come visit us and appreciate a wine from here; a wine that has soul and of course an invitation to travel!

*Offered in our reception room for weddings, banquets, corporate events or any group activities

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

  Best Books of the Year

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.

Gary Vaynerchuck, Wine Library TV
