Rimon Winery is owned and operated by the Nachmias family, a third generation farming family who were among the founding fathers of Moshav Kerem Ben Zimra in Israel’s Upper Galilee. The father and son winemaking team of Gaby and Avi Nachmias, a farmer and a businessman respectively, were inspired by a love of their land and wine, to create a unique style of wine—made from special pomegranates developed in their own orchards.

From the beginning, both Gaby and Avi understood that a wine can only be as good as the quality of the fruit from which it is created. Experienced farmers, they dedicated themselves to growing the highest quality pomegranate fruit in the world. These special pomegranates, famous for their very high juice content, soft tannins, and rich flavors, are critical to the success of the Rimon Wines.

In their drive for perfection, the two sought training and advice from Dr. Arkadi Papikian, a leading expert in enology in the Holy Land. With their knowledge and determination, combined with the unique pomegranates they developed in their orchard, Gaby and Avi are now justly proud of their award-winning wines that have been recognized for excellence throughout the wine world.

Rimon wines are more than the produce of orchards and wine barrels; they speak of the traditions of the Holy Land and the heart and soul of the Nachmias family.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
