Hours of Operation: The Patz & Hall Salon is open Wednesday through Sunday, and offers two types of tasting experiences. Our seated tasting features a selection of exclusive Patz & Hall Chardonnay and Pinot Noir served along with seasonal gourmet food “complements” designed to enhance the tasting experience. This tasting is $40 per person and lasts approximately one hour., Typically our appointment times begin at 10:30am, 1pm, and 3pm (based on availability).

Tour Hours: For a more casual experience, you are welcome to join us between 10:00am and 4:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday, at our tasting bar. This tasting is $20 per person and no prior reservation is required.

Established in 1988, Patz & Hall embodies the shared vision and collective expertise of four talented friends - Donald Patz, James Hall, Anne Moses and Heather Patz. Together, this dedicated team of individuals has turned a desire to craft benchmark, single-vineyard Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs into one of California's most celebrated artisan wineries.
For over 20 years, we have remained committed to handcrafting small-lot and single-vineyard wines, with an exclusive focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Produced using grapes from storied vineyards in the Napa Valley, Russian River Valley, Mendocino County, Sonoma Coast and Santa Lucia Highlands, these benchmark wines embody our passionate approach to winemaking, and the diversity of world-class California winegrowing.
