Marshal's winery is a small, but growing Mom and Pop operation with a wide range of mouth-watering wines to satisfy everyone's tasting pleasure. Varieties exclusive only to Marshal's Vineyard round out a menu of great wine, atmosphere, and fresh local treats. A visit to Marshal's Winery's tasting room is always a memorable event. Barrel tastings, craft items and always friendly folk can be found here. Stop by and we'll celebrate!
Tucked up in a canyon between the glaciated peaks of Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood, in the heart of the Mid-Columbia valley, Marshal's Winery has been overlooking the river since 1985. Estate grown varieties complement Marshal's cozy winery in one of the best wine growing regions under the Milky Way. Quality is the result of hand crafted, limited production, sunshine and soil.
At Marshal's we are passionate about our family, our community, and our wines. The proof is in our name, our friends, and our noteworthy wines. We value our customers; they are our best advertisers. Our wines tend to be low in acidity, tannis and sulfites.

Ron Johnson, owner of Marshal's Winery, named after his son, has been making wine since 1956, when he began his career with an Oregon City winery. His years of experience show - the wines of Marshal's Winery are the work of a master vigneron, producing wines from bud to bottle. Marshal's has been in business since 1998.

Marshal's 22 year-old vineyards encompassing 29 acres supply the grapes for our wines, except the Pinot and White Riesling. These grapes are grown locally in vineyards located in White Salmon and Granger, WA.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
