Vineyard Domaine Les Brome is located in a rural setting enjoying outstanding views of the Eastern Townships. A beautiful winery equipped with the most modern facilities overlooking the vineyards. The vine is cultivated under the rules of art: the quality of a wine begins in the fields, the size at harvest. The vineyard now has over 60,000 plans vine. It includes 12 varieties: Vidal, Geisenheim, Seyval Blanc, Seyval Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, St. Pepin, Marechal Foch, De Chaunac, Pinot Noir, Baco Noir and Cabernet Franc. Unless it is the result of an assembly, each wine is named after the grape variety, as is the tradition in the New World. Domaine Les Brome produces red wines, white wines and rosé wines, wines aged in oak barrels, wine late harvest and ice wines.
