Coming from several generations of successful farming in the Horse Heaven Hills, Mike Andrews is the co-owner and vineyard manager of Coyote Canyon Vineyard's 1100+ acres of premium wine grapes. The vineyard is celebrating its 16th year currently producing 25 original rootstock varietals. This allows the true characteristics of each variety of grape to become and award winning wine. Coyote Canyon Vineyard is located in the Horse Heaven Hills that sits high above the Yakima Valley, with Prosser to the north and the majestic Columbia River to the south. As Washington State's seventh AVA, Horse Heaven Hills covers over 570,000 acres of seemingly endless grass lands, wheat farms and vineyards.

In 2004, Mike Andrews added Coyote Canyon Winery to the long list of accomplishments. The dedication to the land and attention to detail has produced more than 20 internationally awarded wines. Please join us in our tasting room as we offer you a bit of history along with our premier wine tasting menu.

Our tasting room is located in the Winemaker's Loft at 357 Port Avenue in Vintner's Village, Studio A on Prosser's west side. Walking trails link ten wineries with more due to open soon. We feature our award winning Coyote Canyon wines and 100% estate, Horse Heaven Hills AVA wines and our expert staff will provide an informative and relaxing tasting experience.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
