The property covers an area of ??more than 20 hectares, including 8 planted in red and 1 in white. The vineyard is planted as follows:

Red: 84% merlot, 8% cabernet franc,
7% cabernet sauvignon, 1% malbec,
White: 100% semillon.

The grape variety is therefore typical of the AOC CĂ´tes de Bordeaux: mainly composed of Merlot, as it is usual on the right bank of the Garonne.

However, it is also complemented by grape varieties which make up the richness and complexity of the Grands Vins de Bordeaux, such as cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and malbec. The cultivation principles are traditional and are similar to the methods of the Grands Crus de Bordeaux. The viticulture there is precision, aiming at the highest level of the appellation.

The methods apply to respect the environment:

Contribution of organic manure
Short pruning at astes (in double guyot)
Soils worked by semi-traditional plowing
Controlled natural grassing
Manual leaf stripping
Green harvest.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
