Produced by Michele Puccini, the wine is expressive with aromas and flavours of ripe red cherry, blue florals, tomato leaf, oregano and sagey flavours vibrant and lingering on the palate. A down to earthy chianti made from the Sangiovese grape to enjoy now with your favourite meaty, tomato sauce and pasta dish. Mountadam Chardonnay 2019, Eden Valley, South Australia, Australia: Mountadam 2019 Chardonnay is a sinfully smooth, buttery Chard from the winery's High Eden Estate in Eden Valley, South Australia. Dry, medium-plus-bodied creamy and buttery on the palate with bright citrus, white-fleshed stone fruit, tropical fruit and toasty oak flavours with a long and fresh finish. The wine was fermented in oak barrels with partial MLF, and with bâtonnage in new French oak barriques. Chardonnay food pairings: grilled fish, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken, toasted ravioli with Alfredo sauce.
