Mountadam Chardonnay 2019, Eden Valley, South Australia, Australia: Mountadam 2019 Chardonnay is a sinfully smooth, buttery Chard from the winery's High Eden Estate in Eden Valley, South Australia. Dry, medium-plus-bodied creamy and buttery on the palate with bright citrus, white-fleshed stone fruit, tropical fruit and toasty oak flavours with a long and fresh finish. The wine was fermented in oak barrels with partial MLF, and with bâtonnage in new French oak barriques.
